MySecurityParts.com. wants you to be 100% satisfied with product performance and durability. That is why all products that we sell are covered under a 12 month warranty period. If for some reason your merchandise is damaged due to defects in materials or manufacturer workmanship, your product will be replaced or repaired free of charge. If reasonable repairs are not feasible or acceptable, MySecurityParts.com may choose to furnish either a replacement of equal or better or provide a refund.
Return shipping charges are, however, the responsibility of the customer. While there is no charge for shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you within the continental U.S., the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges to any location outside the continental United States.
All products that need to be returned to us for repair will REQUIRE a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number in advance. You may obtain a RMA number by contacting MySecurityParts.com during our regular business hours. Your RMA number will need to be displayed on the outside of your shipping box. This will avoid any potential delays to your RMA. We recommend that your return shipment to be insured and shipped with a tracking number. MySecurityParts.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during this process.
Please note that products showing abuse, misuse, alteration or lightning strikes will not be repaired or replaced under our 12 month warranty plan. Returns that do not meet all of the above stated conditions and or products that are tested and found not to be defective will be returned to the customer at their expense and cost.
In the event that a product needs repair after one year from the date of purchase, MySecurityParts.com can assist in having items repaired by the manufacturer or a suitable repair facility if possible. However, the customer will be charged for cost of repair and handling in the event.
Limited warranties apply to batteries, transformers, and wire. Although these items are brand new and should perform as expected, there is no warranty at all for these items.
Re-boxed, Refurbished and Clearance products are sold as is and cannot be returned or exchanged for another product unless found immediately defective. If the product is defective upon receipt, the customer may elect to send them back for a refund.
Software and licenses are not returnable at all for any reason unless they are proven to be defective. In these cases, the same product will be shipped to you when the defective product is returned to us.
