Shipping Policy
- Unless otherwise stated, All orders from stock are usually shipped the same day or the following day (except holidays and weekends). If the order is placed before 9AM PST, we will ship it on the same day. If we receive it after 9AM PST, we will ship it the following day.
- In the event the item is not in stock, we will contact your through e-mail or phone, and notify you as to when your product will ship. We typically ship not in stock items in 5 to 7 days after purchase (excluding holidays and weekends).
- We ship via USPS, across the United States only. As of now, we do not process International Orders.
Note: If you are in the greater Los Angeles area, you can conveniently order online or by phone, and pick your order up here at our Fairfax Electronics store.
Returns
We have a 30 day return policy on products EXCEPT for Transformers, Wires, Cables, Tools, Amplifiers, and Batteries. The product must be returned complete with all original items, manuals, packing materials, and cartons, and in its original new condition. A 20% restocking fee might apply, depending on the reason of the return.
To Return an Item(s):
- If you have an account with us, please Log-In., and click on the 'Returns - RGA Request' link in the information box, located on the lower right hand side corner of the home page.
- If you did create an account with during purchase, just click on the 'Returns - RGA Request' link without logging in.
- Follow the detailed instrucitons and fill out the form.
- An email will be sent to you upon form completion with your RGA number.
- Please write the RGA number on a piece of paper and place it in the packaging box, or have it visibly written on the packaging box (not on the product box), and ship it to:
